Do you combine shipping?
Yes! Shipping is always combined when multiple items are purchased. However, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly before your purchase, so a final invoice with combined shipping can be provided via PayPal. The system doesn't recognize combined shipping, so we need to adjust for this.
Could you create a custom color or theme for me?
Yes! Beyond the items you see on the site, I also create custom orders for specific fabrics, colors, holidays, themes or even sizes. Please contact me with specific requests and to discuss details and cost.

Local customer - could I pick up my order to save shipping costs?
YES! If you are in the Denver area, we can arrange for you to pick up your items. If you are very close to my location - Southeast Denver / Parker / Castle Rock / Elizabeth area we can arrange to meet. Please email me prior to ordering so I can adjust the invoice price to eliminate shipping and work out a pick-up time. Email: email@example.com
Are you able to embroider items?
Yes! Most items can be embroidered, though some may need to be made from scratch to do the embroidery. Email me and let me know what item you're interested in and the type of embroidery you're looking for. Then we can determine if we can use an item already available on the site or if we need to make a new item for you!
What type of embroidery is available?
I have access to over 50,000 designs, so we're sure to find one you like! Email me with what you're looking for - a theme or specific design you'd like - and I can provide you pictures of what is available.
I am also able to embroider names or initials in a few sizes, so a monogram could be an option too!
Am I able to add insurance to my order?
Yes! If you'd like to add insurance, please email and let us know. We'll then send you an adjusted invoice with the cost of insurance added for you to pay.
Please note: If you choose to not purchase insurance for your order, there will be no way to reimburse your cost or shipping if the shipper (US Postal Service) misdelivers, damages or loses your item.
